Full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before check-in. Great for unpredictable schedules.

Moderate

Full refund if cancelled at least 5 days before check-in. Partial refund thereafter.

Strict

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in is 14 days away.

Extenuating Circumstances

In rare cases of widespread emergencies or government mandates, our Extenuating Circumstances Policy may override the host's cancellation policy.

Guest Protection

If a host cancels your booking, you will receive a full refund and assistance in finding a replacement stay immediately.

Host Protection

Hosts are protected from last-minute guest cancellations through our tiered payout schedules based on the chosen policy.
